• You can shape the ends by twisting the cur-

ling iron either outward or inward before you

pull it out over the ends.

• Do not remain at any one place for longer

than about 8 to 10 seconds. This way you will

obtain the best results without overstraining or

damaging your hair.

Shaping curls/waves

• Place the hair strand ends between the barrel

[2] and the clip [3].

• Close the clip [3] to hold the hair strands in

place.

• Wind the strands toward your head on the

curling iron.

• Leave the curling iron in your hair for 8 to 10

seconds to achieve the desired curling results.

• Open the clip [3] and carefully pull the barrel

[2] out of the curl.

Note

• Automatic shuto:

For your safety, the unit shuts o automati-

cally after 1 hour.

After use

• Press the button [7]. The heating element in

the curling iron is switched o.

• Place the curling iron with the stand [12] onto

a stable, horizontal and non-combustible

surface or hold the curling iron in your hand to

let it cool.

• Remove the plug from the socket after each

use.

• Do not wind the mains cable [11] around the

unit!

• Store the unit in a dry place that is out of

reach of children.

• The unit can be hung on a hook by the han-

ging eyelet [10].

7. Cleaning and care of the unit

Notes

• Your unit is maintenance-free.

• Protect the unit from dust, dirt and moisture.

Cleaning

Important

• Always remove the plug from the socket

before cleaning.

• Ensure that no water enters the inside of the

unit!

• Do not wash the unit in a dishwasher!

• Do not use any strong, sharp, abrasive, corro-

sive cleaning agents or hard brushes!

• Do not clean it with any highly ﬂammable

liquids!

• The unit can be cleaned with a soft cloth that

has been moistened with warm water.
