Cleaning the fan unit
Youcanwipethefanunitwithadampcloth.However,makesurethatnoliquidentersthefanunit.
Cleaning the upper cover
Remove the fan unit to more easily clean the upper cover. To do so,
slide the 4 locks to the outside and remove the fan unit.
Important: When putting the fan unit down, ensure that it does not
come to rest on the water level sensor.
Cleaning the humidification discs and tub
You can wipe the humidification discs and tub with a damp
clothorcleanthemthoroughlyandeasilyinthedishwasher.
Liftofftheuppercover,removethehumidificationdiscs
from the tub and place them in the dishwasher. Unlock
thewaterlevelsensor(Figure1)andremoveit(Figure2).If
thereisinsufficientspaceinthedishwasher,createextra
spacebyremovingthecutlerybasket,forexample.The
humidification discs and tub must not be bent or jammed
when being placed in the dishwasher.
Setthedishwashertoagentlecycle(forcleaningglass)andifpossibleremovethepartbeforethedrying
process.Thecyclemustnotexceedatemperatureof50°C–otherwisetheplasticpartsmaydeform.
Onlycontinuetousethedevicewhentheexteriorofthetubiscompletelydry.
Clean the water level sensor
Youcancleanthelowerhalfofthewaterlevelsensorinacleaningbath(e.g.BeurerAntical).Ensurethatthe
upperhalfofthewaterlevelsensorisnotexposedtoanyharshcleaningproducts.Thewaterlevelsensor
must not be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Descaling the humidification discs and the tub
Observe the information on the label of the cleaning solution (e.g. “Beurer AntiCal”).
Note:Alightbuild-upoflimescaleonthehumidificationdiscsincreasestheevaporationeffect.
Storage
Ifyoudonotplantousethedeviceforarelativelylongperiodoftime,werecommendthatyouthoroughly
empty,cleananddrythedeviceandstoreitintheoriginalpackinginadryenvironment,ensuringitisnot
weigheddownbyadditionalitems.
8. What if there are problems?

and reposition it on the tub.
