You can select other settings as described below:
1. Massage direction (clockwise/anti-clockwise)
Select the rotation of the massage heads using the left and right buttons.
2. Heat function
You can activate the heat function of the massage heads by pressing the heat button. The massage heads
are illuminated orange.
3. Massage speed settings
The device has 2 speed settings. Press the soft button to select the lower speed setting 1. Press the strong
button to select the higher speed setting 2.
4. Height adjustment
Using the buttons
and you can adjust the position of the massage unit according to your individual
body size.
• Donotusethemassagedeviceforlongerthan15minutesandthenallowittocool.Usingthedevice
for longer can over-stimulate the muscles and cause tension instead of relaxation. The massage can be
finished at any time by pressing the
button.
• Do not disconnect the device from the power supply while it is in operation; always switch off the device
first.
• Disconnect the mains plug from the mains after using the device.

• Thedevicehasanautomaticshut-offmechanismsettoamaximumoperatingperiodof15minutes.
8. Care and storage
Cleaning
WARNING
• Disconnect the device before cleaning it.
• Onlycleantheapplianceinthemannerspecified.Fluidmustneverbeallowedtoenterintothe
device or accessories.
• Smallerstainscanberemovedusingaclothormoistspongetogetherwithalittleliquiddetergent
for delicate fabrics if necessary. Do not use any cleaning agents containing solvents.
• Theremovablecoverismachine-washableat40°C.Pleasefollowthecleaningandcaresymbols
on the label which is sewn into the cover.
• Donotusethedeviceagainuntilitiscompletelydry.
Storage
If you do not use the device for longer periods, we recommend storing it in the original packaging in a dry
place without weighting it down.
Alternatively, you can hang the device in a wardrobe with a coat hanger. To do so, the coat hanger must be
threaded through the hanging loops on the rear side of the device.
