TIMER
The timer is a stopwatch that runs backwards. The heart rate moni-
tor emits a short acoustic alarm sound every second as soon as the
counter has less than 10 seconds to count. Upon reaching zero, a
continuous acoustic alarm sounds, which can be turned off by press-
ing any button.
Timer mode display
In the upper line, the current time is displayed. In the lower line, the
remaining time of the timer is displayed.
Timer mode settings
Press the MODE button for approx. 3 sec. Settings that can be
changed will flash. Change the settings with the ST/STP/RESET
and LIGHT buttons. Switch between the hours, minutes and sec-
onds settings with the MODE button, whereby the new values will
be simultaneously saved.
Afterwards, leave the settings menu once again by pressing the
MODE button for approx. 3 sec.
TIP: If you hold the buttons ST/STP/RESET or LIGHT for more
than 2 sec, the relevant setting automatically counts up or down.
You can start and stop the timer at any time with ST/STP/RESET.
Press the ST/STP/RESET button for 3 sec. to reset the timer.
