2. Worth knowing
Massage can be recommended as a suitable treatment as part of many forms of healthcare, fitness and
training. Besides increasing general well-being, it is helpful for muscle aches, muscle tension, circulatory
disorders and feelings of fatigue.
The additional warmth of the infrared lamp reinforces the massage effect not only by warming the surface
of the skin but also by promoting the circulation. That way the deeper layers of the tissues and muscles
are also reached.

4. Instructions for use
Use the sliding switch to select the desired function:
Position
0 Off
M Vibrational massage
W IR heat for deep results
W + M IR heat massage
5. IR heat / IR heat massage
Slide the switch to ‘W’ to heat up the massaging surface.
This then begins to light up. After a few minutes, it is heated
up and ready to use.
Caution: If the massaging surface is heated up for a long
time without coming into contact with the skin, the tempe-
rature could be unpleasantly high for you. Therefore, before
using, test the temperature of the massaging surface with
your fingertips. If the surface is too hot, it may be cooled
down by briefly switching off the IR heat.
All parts of the body can be reached easily thanks to the
pivoted joint of the massaging head and the possibility of
adjusting the angle of the handle. The handle can be adju-
sted to 4 different settings by pressing the knob (Fig., no. 2).
When the massaging surface is at the correct temperature,
move the switch to ‘W + M‘. You may then start the IR heat
massage.
