6. Massage

Without exerting pressure, massage using slow, circular movements. Keep the skin taut to achieve opti-

mum results.

Pictures are showing ideal massage directions.

To intensify the massage, we recommend the following massage heads:

➀ Brush fitting: for intensive skin massages - very pleasant, circulation - stimulating effect

➁ Knobbed fitting 2:

for intensive and localised deep massages - particularly soothing after physical exertion

➂ Knobbed fitting 1: for intensive massages to relieve muscle pain and tension

➃ Tapered fitting:

for intensive and localised deep massages - particularly soothing after physical exertion

Without the head, the massager is mainly used to massage sensitive parts of the body and to generate IR

heat.

7. Cleaning

Pull out the plug before cleaning.

Wipe the massager with a damp cloth and then dry it. Do not use any scouring agents or solvents to

clean the massager. The massage heads may be cleaned in warm, soapy water.

Only re-use the IR massager when it is completely dry.

8. Important Notes

• Connect the device only to the voltage stated on the type nameplate

• As with every electrical device, this massage device should be used carefully and cautiously in

order to avoid the risk of electric shock:

– unplug the mains cable immediately after use.

– prevent any contact with water (except when cleaning with a slightly damp cloth). Water must

never get inside the device. Never submerge the device in water. Never use the device in the

bath, in the shower, in a swimming pool or over a basin filled with water. However, if water has

got inside the casing, unplug the device immediately and contact your electrical dealer or custo-

mer service.

The device and in particular the mains cable should be checked for any damage before each use.

– Never plug the device into the mains power supply if the cable is damaged. Contact your electri-

cal dealer or customer service.

– Repairs must be carried out only by customer service or authorised dealers.

– Never hold or carry the device by the mains cable.

If a fault should occur during use, switch off the device immediately and unplug it from the socket.

• The device is intended only for the purpose described in these instructions for use. The manufactu-

rer can accept no liability for injury arising from incorrect or careless use.

• Do not use any massage attachments other than those supplied with the device.

• The device is only intended for individual use, and not for medical or commercial use.

• Do not use the device continuously for longer than 15 minutes to avoid overheating. Let the device

cool down before using it again.

• Never cover the device when it is switched on (with blanket, pillow etc.)

• Never operate the device unsupervised, especially if there are children in the vicinity.

• Do not use on animals or pets.
