8. What if there are problems
Problem Cause Solution
Grinding noises during
operation.
These noises are normal and
originate from the operating mo-
tor or from the massage rollers
rubbing against the cushion.
No action is necessary.
The massage cannot
bestarted.
The mains plug is not connected
to thesocket.
Plug the mains plug into the socket.
The massage chair is not swit-
ched on at the main switch.
Switch on the massage chair at the main switch.
The cutout switch for the mas-
sage chair has interrupted the
power supply.
In this case, please contact Customer Service.
Back rest and leg rest can-
not be raised or lowered.
Back rest and leg rest are over-
loaded or blocked.
Remove the objects blocking thedevice.
The massage function
stops when the chair is
inoperation.
The overheating protection was
triggered.
Switch o the massage chair and allow to cool
down for 30 minutes before switching on again.
The maximum operation period
was reached.
Hand switch does not
work
Hand switch is not congured to
the massage chair
To congure the hand switch, point it towards
the bottom half of the back rest. It should be no
more than 40 cm away.
Press the On/O button on the hand switch until
the LED above the relax massage programme
lights up. After approximately 3-4 seconds, LED
4 starts to ash and then switches o. The hand
switch is now congured and ready for use.
