 Put on the chest strap a few minutes before starting in order to

warm it up to body temperature and establish optimal contact.

SET/MENU

 Switches into the basic settings and between the

different setting displays.

 Switches between training time and time of day in

the training menu.

START/STOP

 Adjusts values. Press and holding accelerates the

entry.

 Starts and stops functions.

The display is illuminated for 5 seconds by pressing both buttons

simultaneously.
