Test strip inserted incorrectly or not completely.
Insert the test strip, contacts first, into the slot
on the unit. Ensure that the front side of the test
strip is facing you (see "Test strips", page 12).
Unit is defective Contact customer service.
Problem: After inserting the test strip into the unit and applying the blood, the test does not start.
Cause Solution
Insucient quantity of blood
Repeat the test using a new test strip and larger
blood drop.
